Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of ConfirmPH. By creating an account, searching for a booking, requesting confirmation, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms in their current form. We may update them; the most recent version controls. We will surface material changes inside the app.
What ConfirmPH is
ConfirmPH is a booking confirmation and reliability platform for small businesses in the Philippines, starting with car rentals. We sit on top of however businesses already take bookings — Messenger, Facebook, phone, WhatsApp, or walk-in — and add a layer of customer-side confirmation, reminders, incident handling, and trust signals.
ConfirmPH is not the rental company. We do not own, operate, inspect, insure, register, or guarantee any vehicle, business, or trip listed on the platform. We do not act as a travel agency, transport provider, emergency service, or insurer.
Who can use ConfirmPH
Business accounts are intended for legitimate rental and service operators in the Philippines.
Customer accounts are intended for individuals reviewing their own bookings.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law (generally 18+).
Account rules
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit (name, email, phone, company info, vehicles, booking data).
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Employees added to a business account act on behalf of the business owner.
Owners may add, remove, or change permissions for employees at any time.
Bookings, confirmations & responsibility
Bookings created on ConfirmPH begin in a Pending Client Confirmation state — they are NOT automatically confirmed.
A booking only becomes Client Confirmed when the named customer reviews the details and confirms via their secure link.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the booking details before confirming.
Businesses are responsible for entering accurate dates, prices, vehicle information, and pickup/return locations.
ConfirmPH may help notify either party of changes, incidents, or reminders, but does not guarantee delivery, response, or that a vehicle will actually be available at pickup.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fake or fraudulent bookings or verification requests.
Do not impersonate another business, customer, or staff member.
Do not abuse the claim-business flow.
Do not attempt to access another company's data or circumvent rate limits, billing limits, or security features.
Do not use the platform to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

Rate limits & anti-spam
We apply per-IP, per-account, and per-contact rate limits to protect the service. Limits are not exhaustive and may change.
Repeated violations may trigger temporary blocks, account suspension, or removal.
Billing, trial, and add-ons
Business accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required for the trial.
After the trial, an active subscription (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise) is required to keep using active business features (creating bookings, adding vehicles, sending notifications).
Plans are billed in Philippine Pesos. Pricing is shown inside the owner dashboard and may change.
Fleet point capacity, staff seats, and feature availability depend on the active plan.
Add-ons (such as additional fleet points) are billed separately and may be monthly or one-time.
Some plan features marked '(later)' are not yet available and are not promised by a specific date.
Suspension and termination
ConfirmPH may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for service already provided unless required by law or our Refund Policy.
No guarantees, limitation of liability
ConfirmPH is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, travel disruption, missed trips, vehicle condition, accidents, or third-party business failures.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ConfirmPH during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the appropriate courts in the Philippines, unless local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
