Report a security issue
If you have found a security vulnerability in ConfirmPH, believe an account has been compromised, or have seen data that looks exposed, please tell us. Reports are read and triaged by a person.
A dedicated security address has not been set up yet, so security reports go to the monitored support inbox. Put “Security” in the subject line.
What to report
- A security vulnerability in ConfirmPH
- An account you believe is compromised
- Data that appears to be exposed
- Suspicious behaviour on the platform
Not for this route
This route is only for security vulnerabilities and incidents. For anything else, use the right route so it reaches the right people:
- Rental disputes, charges or damage claims (go there)
- Refunds, advances or security deposits (go there)
- Safety emergencies: call 911 or local emergency services first, then report the vehicle or driver (go there)
- Ordinary account or booking help (go there)
What we ask
Reports are acknowledged and triaged by a person. Please do not access, modify or download other people's data while investigating, and give us a reasonable chance to fix an issue before publishing it.
ConfirmPH does not currently run a bug bounty or offer a formal legal safe-harbour programme. Good-faith reports are welcome and are handled under the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy once it is published.
