Refund Policy

Last updated: February 2026

This page is a draft template and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch. The content here is informational only and does not constitute legal advice.

We want billing to be fair. This policy describes how we handle refund requests for the parts of ConfirmPH that involve payment.

Business subscriptions

30-day free trial: no payment is collected. You can stop before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Monthly subscriptions: paid periods that have already started and been used are generally non-refundable.

If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the end of that period.

Disputed charges will be reviewed case-by-case.

Add-ons

Monthly add-ons follow the same rule as subscriptions — refunds are not usually issued for periods already used.

Permanent (one-time) add-ons are generally non-refundable once the capacity has been applied. We may make exceptions where required by law.

Customer / renter payments (future)

Future paid features for renters (such as the Booking Confidence Pass and Renter Plan) will follow this same fair-by-default approach. Specific refund terms for those products will be added to this page when they launch.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged twice for the same item, contact support and we will refund the duplicate.

Failed payments do not generally result in a charge. If you see a hold on your statement, that hold should clear automatically — bank processing time varies.

How to request a refund

Email support@confirmph.app with your account email, the date of the charge, the amount, and a short note describing the issue.

We typically respond within a few business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank / card / e-wallet provider.
