ConfirmPH helps make rentals clearer. The actual rental is still provided by the rental business. ConfirmPH is a software platform for Philippine rental businesses and their customers. ConfirmPH helps businesses and renters create clearer records around inquiries, bookings, customer confirmations, vehicles, reviews, and rental operations. ConfirmPH does not own or operate the independent rental businesses that use or appear on the platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the rental agreement and actual rental service are between the renter and the rental business. For more detailed legal rules, please also read the ConfirmPH Terms of Service, Customer / Renter Terms, Business Terms, Privacy Policy, Trust & Safety Policy, Reviews Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and other applicable policies.
1. What ConfirmPH does
ConfirmPH provides software that helps rental businesses and renters create, review, and reference clearer rental information. Depending on the available features, this may include:
- rental discovery
- inquiries
- booking requests
- Booking Records
- Customer Confirmations
- business profiles
- vehicle and operational records
- legal-readiness and evidence records for businesses and vehicles
- driver-eligibility and release-readiness checks
- rental agreement, pickup, return, damage and claim records across the rental lifecycle
- Finance & Books accounting tools for a business's own records
- booking-linked reviews
- reminders and warnings
reporting tools; and
support.
ConfirmPH records and displays information. That does not automatically mean ConfirmPH has independently verified the underlying real-world fact.
2. The rental business provides the actual rental
The independent rental business is responsible for the rental service it provides. This includes matters such as vehicle availability, vehicle condition, pricing, deposits, refunds, rental terms, insurance, documents, renter eligibility, pickup and return, staff actions, customer service, and compliance with applicable law.
ConfirmPH does not become the vehicle owner, rental operator, insurer, employer, or government authority merely because a business uses the platform.
This includes the business's company drivers and their qualifications, which renter-side drivers it authorizes for self-drive, any insurance restrictions on who may drive or where, the service mode offered (self-drive, with a company driver, or both), damage and claim handling, security deposits, and any other contractual charges.
3. Before relying on a rental
ConfirmPH can help make important rental details easier to see and review. However, before paying, travelling to pickup, or accepting a vehicle, renters should still check important information with the rental business, including the final vehicle or agreed vehicle category, dates and times, pickup and return arrangements, price, deposit, remaining balance, cancellation or refund terms, rental conditions, and other important booking details.
Renters should also inspect the vehicle before accepting it and report visible damage, missing items, or safety concerns to the rental business.
Check which drivers are authorized to drive the vehicle, whether a company driver is included, what the security deposit is and under which written conditions it may be applied, and what the rental agreement says about damage and claims.
4. What “Confirmed” means
A Booking Record means rental information has been recorded in ConfirmPH. A Customer Confirmation means the Customer affirmatively confirmed the booking details presented through the applicable ConfirmPH confirmation process. The confirmation records what was presented to and acknowledged by the Customer.
It does not mean ConfirmPH independently guarantees that the vehicle will remain available, pickup will happen as planned, no operational problem will occur, or the rental business will perform every part of the rental exactly as expected.
ConfirmPH helps create a clearer record of the booking and confirmation. It does not guarantee future performance by either party.
Where a rental agreement is used, ConfirmPH records the exact agreement version the renter accepted and when. If material terms change after acceptance, a fresh acceptance of the new version is required; an earlier acceptance is never silently applied to changed terms.
5. Business-provided information and documents
Rental businesses may upload or record information and documents in ConfirmPH, including vehicle information, photographs, prices, policies, inspection records, maintenance records, insurance information, registration information, and other business or vehicle records.
Unless a specific feature clearly states that ConfirmPH independently verified something, the presence of information or a document on the platform does not mean it has been authenticated, certified, or guaranteed by ConfirmPH. The Business is responsible for the accuracy, validity, and lawful use of the information it provides.
6. Vehicle, inspection, and operational records
ConfirmPH may record information relating to vehicle condition, inspections, damage, incidents, maintenance, readiness, mileage, pickup and return, and other operational activity. These records are generally created by the Business or its authorized staff.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not independent mechanical inspections or safety certifications performed by ConfirmPH. An inspection recorded means an inspection record was created in the platform. It does not mean ConfirmPH personally inspected or certified the vehicle.
Legal readiness (business and vehicle evidence), vehicle safety readiness, driver eligibility and release readiness are separate checks recorded in ConfirmPH. None of them is a government certification, and passing one does not mean the others are satisfied.
7. Trust signals
ConfirmPH may display public signals based on information or activity recorded in the platform, such as profile completeness, active account status, booking-linked reviews, documents recorded, inspection information, and other platform signals.
Unless a particular signal specifically states that ConfirmPH independently performed a particular verification, it should be understood as information about what is recorded in ConfirmPH. A trust signal does not automatically mean government approval, safety certification, insurance verification, guaranteed legal compliance, or a guaranteed problem-free rental. See the Trust & Safety Policy for more detailed explanations of individual signals.
Evidence states are shown as: Self-Reported (the business stated it), Evidence Uploaded (a document was submitted but not yet reviewed), ConfirmPH Reviewed (ConfirmPH staff checked the submitted evidence), and Authority Review Required (only the relevant government authority can decide). “Not verified by ConfirmPH” means only that ConfirmPH has not reviewed the evidence; it does not mean the business or vehicle is unlicensed or illegal. ConfirmPH review is never government approval.
8. Reviews
ConfirmPH may allow eligible renters to submit booking-linked reviews. A booking-linked review means the review was submitted through an eligible ConfirmPH booking-review process. It does not mean ConfirmPH independently verified every factual statement in the review.
Reviews are user-generated content and may contain personal experiences, opinions, or disputed information. ConfirmPH may moderate reviews and replies in accordance with the Reviews Policy and other applicable policies.
9. Rental payments
Unless ConfirmPH expressly states that it processed a particular rental payment, rental payments and refunds are handled directly between the renter and the rental business. These may include rental price, deposits, reservation fees, refunds, damage charges, late fees, fuel or charging fees, and other rental-related amounts.
Payments made directly to a Business through cash, bank transfer, e-wallet, external payment link, or another outside method are not automatically controlled or guaranteed by ConfirmPH. A payment status or financial record shown in ConfirmPH does not, by itself, mean ConfirmPH received, controlled, guaranteed, refunded, or can recover that money. ConfirmPH subscription billing is governed separately by the Refund & Billing Policy.
An advance or downpayment is part of the rental price; a security deposit is a separate refundable amount held against the conditions written in the rental agreement. ConfirmPH does not hold security deposits. A damage report is not a finding of fault, an insurance claim is not a finding of liability, and an insurance deductible is not automatically a debt owed by the renter. ConfirmPH never automatically retains or applies a security deposit; any deduction is a decision of the rental business under the agreement, and the renter can dispute it.
10. Communication outside ConfirmPH
Customers and Businesses may continue to communicate through Messenger, Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, phone, email, or other external services. ConfirmPH generally cannot see, control, or preserve communications that take place entirely outside the platform.
If an important booking change is agreed outside ConfirmPH, users should ensure that the relevant Booking Record is also updated where appropriate.
11. Operational warnings and reminders
ConfirmPH may provide reminders, warnings, or operational signals based on information available in the platform, for example, relating to booking conflicts, vehicle availability, maintenance, incidents, upcoming pickup or return, document expiry, or other operational matters.
Warnings depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information recorded. The absence of a warning is not proof that no problem exists. The Business remains responsible for final operational decisions.
12. Third-party services
ConfirmPH may interact with third-party services such as payment providers, messaging providers, email providers, map services, hosting providers, or other connected platforms. Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and limitations. ConfirmPH does not control every independent third-party service.
13. Something looks wrong?
If a listing, review, trust signal, account, document, or other activity on ConfirmPH appears misleading, fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, impersonating another person or business, exposing private information, or otherwise suspicious, use the available Report, Contact, or Support tools.
ConfirmPH may review available platform information and take appropriate action in accordance with its policies and applicable law. A report is not automatic proof of wrongdoing and does not guarantee removal, suspension, refund, recovery of funds, compensation, or a particular enforcement outcome.
14. Emergencies
ConfirmPH is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, accidents, injuries, crimes, medical emergencies, or other urgent emergencies in the Philippines, call 911 or contact the appropriate police, medical, roadside, fire, or local emergency service.
Do not rely on ConfirmPH support tickets, reports, reviews, notifications, or platform messages for emergency assistance.
15. Professional advice
ConfirmPH provides software and information tools. Information on the platform is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, insurance, mechanical, safety-inspection, or regulatory advice. Where professional assessment is required, consult the appropriate qualified professional or authority.
Legal Readiness tools and Finance & Books help a business organise its own records. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer, an accountant, a tax adviser or an insurance professional, and they do not file anything with a government agency on the business's behalf.
16. Legal rights and responsibilities
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any right, remedy, responsibility, or obligation that cannot legally be excluded or limited. The actual contractual rules, liability provisions, and applicable legal limitations are set out in the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Customer / Renter Terms or Business Terms. This page does not repeat the full liability framework in order to avoid conflicting legal language.
17. Changes to this Disclaimer
ConfirmPH may update this page as the platform changes, available features change, policies change, applicable legal requirements change, or operational practices change. The Last updated date identifies the latest revision. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, ConfirmPH will use an appropriate process.
18. Contact

Short summary
ConfirmPH is the software platform. The rental business provides the rental. ConfirmPH helps renters and rental businesses create clearer Booking Records, Customer Confirmations, listings, reviews, vehicle records, operational information, and communication history.
The rental business remains responsible for the vehicle, price, deposit, pickup and return, vehicle condition, insurance, documents, staff, rental service, and legal compliance.
Platform records, trust signals, documents, reviews, warnings, and confirmations provide useful information. They are not automatically guarantees or certifications.
The core boundary is simple: ConfirmPH provides clearer records and platform tools. The independent rental business still provides the actual rental.
