Acceptable Use Policy

To keep ConfirmPH safe and trustworthy for everyone, certain behaviours are not allowed. Violations may result in temporary blocks, account suspension, or termination.
You must not
Submit spam, repetitive, automated, or low-effort messages.
Create fake bookings, fake verification requests, or fake businesses.
Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person.
Commit fraud or attempt to deceive other users or the platform.
Impersonate another person, business, or staff member.
Abuse the claim-business flow to take over a business you do not own or represent.
Upload illegal, infringing, or private content you have no right to share.
Mislead customers about prices, terms, vehicles, or services.
Attempt to access data belonging to another company or user.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing limits, idempotency safeguards, or any security feature.
Reporting abuse
Suspected abuse can be reported to abuse@confirmph.app or via the Contact page.
Include as much detail as possible — booking IDs, business names, screenshots, and timestamps help us investigate.
